Who this is for
You may be functioning well on the outside while feeling far from yourself underneath. Perhaps an ending, a change, or an old pattern has begun asking for your attention.
This is for you if…

About your therapist
I’m a psychotherapist working with adults who want a steadier relationship with themselves and the people they love. My work is thoughtful, relational, and rooted in the belief that insight is most useful when it changes the texture of daily life.

Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
How I help
Making space
For grief, overwhelm, and the feelings that have been waiting without language.
Finding patterns
For relationships, self-criticism, and the familiar ways we leave ourselves behind.
Practicing change
For building small, steady ways of living that feel more like your own.
My approach
Our conversations are relational, practical, and unhurried. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and mindfulness-informed therapy, always in service of what is useful to you.
